To ensure that your repair is dealt efficiently and promptly please ensure all information is completed where required. Please provide as much information as possible which is relevant to your repair including photos, (please email photos to reception@osmg.ie) as this will assist our maintenance team in dealing with your repair more efficiently.
Please note with regards appliance repairs there is a minimum call out time of 48 plus hours.
If you feel your repair is urgent (i.e) leak ,burst pipe, no heating, etc then we recommend that you contact our office immediately on (071) 91 48884 or reception@osmg.ie.
